There was a lot of good contact information in the comments section of
ThisTime's diary about Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell decision to
disenfranchise voters. But it got kind of buried.
Here's a clean list. All these papers acccept electronic letters to the editor. We need to keep up the pressure. Make sure Ohio knows the rest of the country is watching.

Here's a copy of the letter I sent. I'm sure you all can do much better.
Is Ohio trying to become the next Florida?
It sure seems so. How else can you explain Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell's shameful decision to throw out new voter applications simply because the paper on which they are printed may not be the correct weight? This is a blatant act of disenfranchisement. What's more, it's illegal.
The Voting Rights Act of 1971 reads, "No person acting under color of law shall...deny the right of any individual to vote in any election because of an error or omission on any record or paper relating to any application, registration, or other act requisite to voting, if such error or omission is not material in determining whether such individual is qualified under State law to vote in such election." (Title 42, Chapter 20, Subchapter I, Sec. 1971)
The rest of the country is absolutely depending on you to conduct a clean and fair election this year. Come on, Ohio! Let the people vote.
