Bachmann ad (MN-06) beyond "Nasty"

Maybe I'm just thin-skinned, cause that's what happens when you've had to develop the broad shoulders it takes to endure the GOPs onslaught of attacks on your preferred candidates over the years, but I believe the Bachmann campaign has reached a low point.
On this evenings local news, the anchor said something to the effect that "This is a sad anniversary for Patty Wetterling..."  and that it marks 17 years to the day that her 11 year old son, Jacob, was abducted, at gunpoint, by a stranger.   Never to be seen again.

Most Minnesotans who are old enough to remember that horrible time were probably, like me, momentarily grief-stricken all over again.

But leave it to our "annointed" GOP candidate to chime in at the first Commercial break  with "I'm Michelle Bachmann, and I approved this message because Minnesotans deserve to know the..."

It struck me as obscene, cruel and possibly even evil to air an ad that attempts to portray Patty Wetterling, who has earned national respect as a tireless worker on behalf of missing and exploited children as some sort of political succubus posing as a mother.

Why, Patty has changed so much, she actually accepted an endorsement from a group called PeacePac!

This was no oversight.  These people have done extensive
"opposition research" and know every facet of Patty's history.

What else is God telling Bachmann?
