Atrios has them:

  1. Your favorite candidate is the only one who can win.
  1. Your favorite candidate is the only one who will truly get behind a progressive agenda.
  1. Other candidates are part of some nefarious conspiracy to destroy your candidate.
  1. Supporters of other candidates are motivated by groupthink.
  1. Supporters of other candidates are operating in bad faith and arguing dishonestly.
  1. "Powerful" bloggers shouldn't be "biased."

That about covers it. 2007 will be a long year. Too bad we can't have referees with yellow flags running around penalizing people for making these stupid arguments. Because we're going to hear them over and over again.

From the diaries, we have rule #7:

  1. Anyone who's supporting someone other than your candidate, especially if that candidate is less progressive than yours, must be getting paid to advocate for that candidate.
