All right legal eagles. I'd love some feedback on these links, which I believe is pretty straightforward enough that someone understood the situation and agrees with me:

In a move that former Ohio Assistant Attorney General and Civil Rights pioneer Christopher King finds "astonishing," the NH AG has levied an Unauthorized Practice of Law claim against him using secondary and hearsay evidence - despite the fact that a tape recording and Compact Disc version of the alleged events is well-known to exist.
There is no allegation that King ever appeared in court, or filed any court papers, only that he, as duly-elected NAACP Nashua NH legal redress chair, told various people that the NAACP may, as an entity, file suit or issue a press conference relative to a 2003 police arrest in which a young black man was arrested, faced 3 drawn guns and a bend-over-and-cough search. The case against him for "loitering" eventually was dismissed.
"The other complaint is equally baseless.... Some gallery owner claims I told her I could guarantee her large sums of money for being her lawyer and that I told her I had settled a huge case for the NAACP..... none of which I would have said.... Just look at my business card, for crissakes."
