Ask and you shall receive. Here it is, the official Unofficial YearlyKos Room and Ride Board.

Instead of posting in the open threads and miscellaneous diaries, please post on the board blog so that we can all coordinate.
On the flip you'll read the the latest on Vegas Hotels from YearlyKos.org (Riviera is sold out on Thursday and Friday)...yikes, it's time to get my act together.
Hotel Rooms in Vegas

So, The Riv appears to be sold out on Thursday and Friday and is almost certainly sold out of rooms at the discounted YearlyKos rate.
Now what?
The Young Democrats are holding their convention at the same time at The New Frontier, almost right across the street from The Riviera. They have gracously allowed us to book rooms in their block at the discounted rate of $99. You will need a valid credit card to hold the reservation. You MUST call 800-634-6966 and say you are with YDA in order to secure the rate of $99 per night. Online rates are currently going for $124-144.
If you are looking for other hotels nearby, you can check out this stationary map of the strip, or you can check out this fancy animated map (the section with The Riv on it is "The Strip-North")
There are still rooms left at The Riv on Orbitz, but that may not be the case by the time you read this.
pseudopol also has some great insights into how to book cheap hotel rooms (at The Riv or otherwise) over on DKos but since you have to have a PC in order to try his fancy tricks, I haven't done so.
If you are just plain wondering what hotels are near to The Riv, there are these:
The Las Vegas Hilton is probably the closest to the place where the convention will be held (which is the backside of The Riv). It's also got a Star Trek themed restaurant (yeah!) and Barry Manlow every night (boo). It's probably also kinda pricey.
Circus Circus is across the street and features lots of clowns (that could be a good thing for some people but kind of freaks me out)
The Sahara is in theory right next door but in Vegas that means about a 10-15 minute walk.
The Stardust is pretty much across the street and not bad. YK Director, Gina, love the Stardust sign out front.
If George Soros is reading this, he could probably afford to stay at The Wynn, otherwise you only get in this place if you've got Abramoff money. (which no Democrats have)
