In case you missed it, we talked over the weekend about our need to do more about the things that disgust us and make us want to jump off cliffs or throw ourselves in front of trains.
Because taking action helps keep us sane. (That's my story. I'm sticking to it. We act. We will feel better.)
One idea to encourage more action was simply to have a daily count of actions taken (letters, phone calls, conversations, donations, etc). Another was focusing our actions daily on causes of our choice.
