David Brooks reads "Crashing The Gate" (Satire)

It appears David Brooks, Op-Ed columnist of The New York Times, and Author of the recent New York Times column "Respect must be paid" published on June 25th 2006, has had an amazing turn around in his view of Markos Moulitsas Zúniga and the Daily Kos Blog.
At a speaking engagement David was questioned as to whether he had read "Crashing the Gate" written by Jerome Armstrong and Markos Moulitsas Zuniga, David replied that he had not.
He was challenged to do so or to shut the hell up, by an unknown Daily Kos Blogger. An indignant David shot back that he would do just that, and follow it up with a column about what a lousy book he was sure it would be, assuming he would even able to suffer though it.
Apparently David began reading "Crashing The Gate" and was unable to put it down until he had reading it from cover to cover.
Anonymous sources report David was overheard shouting "Now I understand, it's all coming together, how could I have been so stupid?" "Rabid Lambs are beautiful and I want one".
Sources say David rushed to complete a column entitled "Markos is my Master" which will be published Monday June 26th in the New York Times. In this column David recants his former Op-Ed trashing Markos and Daily Kos, and shares his new found understanding of what Democracy truly means. (picture of David Brooks with his pet Rabid Lamb)
