20 most corrupt Congresspersons (and 5 to watch)

The Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) releaced it's second annual list of most corrupt Congresspersons, among the ranks Frist, Burns and Santorum.
Of the 20 on the list 17 are Republicans with Jefferson, Waters and Mollohan being the three Democrats, of the 5 people to watch 4 are Republicans with Murtha being the Democrat.

While at the surface it proves what we have been saying, Republicans are more corrupt the Democrats, it shows that Democrats are subject to corruption. The most promenent Democrat on the list is Congressman Jefferson, who took 100,000 dollars in bribes and according to the report used the National Guard to pick up some belonings after Katrina, thus violating the House Rules.
What I think is most important on this list is Congressman Murtha. Our Majority Leader when we take the house should not have the slightest question about his ethics. The main problem that CREW has is with his brother Robert "Kit" Murtha who works for KSA Consulting.
Now while the GOP is clearly more corrupt then the Democrats, the GOP will point out that a little corruption is not above the Democrats and this will weaken us slightly on the Ethics issues.
