Condoleezza Rice--what is her deal?

For some it's Bush they want most. The thought of Bush being tried for war crimes is sweet to most of us, but for me it wouldn't be complete justice served. After tons of sophisticated psychological, legal, and political analysis, the verdict that keeps coming back is that Bush is an idiot. A run of the mill sadistic privileged idiot. Getting a stupid man to justice is sometimes necessary, but in the end is always hollow.
Of course there's Rummy. Yeah, I want him too, but he's certifiably crazy. Seriously doesn't know which voices are in the room and which voices are in his head. Yeah, he deserves a padded cell, but he probably won't know where he is.
Rove the Bush brain--not! There are only buttholes in this 'ministration, and Rove is the supreme one. He's such a sociopath that it's hard to muster even hatred for him. Like we'll all breathe a sigh of relief when he's taking it from the other bullies in prison, but it's hard to muster enough feeling for him to even smile at the fantasy.
There's Cheney, the total ideologue. An evil, evil man with an evil philosophy dedicated to evil. It's something we all can relate to--the dedication I mean, not the dedication to evil. Did I mention he was evil? Somehow, I don't think Cheney would be that displeased to end up on death row. I mean, he's already going to die from his heart troubles, and he could enjoy feeling sorry for himself after the conviction, especially if he got to talk about it on teevee. Dedicated folks often like being martyred. Cheney might even like being sent to the Hague.
Powell--he did as much as any of them to get us in this mess, even if he does play it like an outsider now. But even Powell had a line he couldn't cross. True, it was a hundred thousand miles away from my own line, or the line of any decent person, but he did have one. I could even stand to see Powell get away from the war crime trials, as no doubt he will (though he doesn't deserve to).
I could go on, but let's talk about Condi. What is it with her? She's not stupid. She wasn't born in a bubble of privilege. She has her own interests or "specialties," but she doesn't seem to have a rigid philosophy that predicts her movements. She's a narcissist, but that doesn't make you all bad. She's not as crazy as Rummy. (Nobody's as crazy as Rummy!) The only idea I have is that maybe Condi is a sociopath like Rove, but with a thin social veneer to cover it up. But I have to admit, this is only a guess. I look forward to her crying on the witness stand, when she breaks under interrogation and reveals why she dunnit. Why Condi? Why? Why?
