Launch the Injunctions!!!

The "Path to 9/11" propaganda piece is another Swift Boat attack, only this time they have managed to subvert one of the Big 3 networks directly.  If anything, this shows incontrovertibly the unholy alliance between corporate media, the Repiglican party, and the state in its full glory.

So, what should we have learned from the Swift Boat Liars incident, and what should we do about the Path to 9/11 Liars?

A number of people have mentioned that they believe that the willful distortions in the film are legally actionable, because they are defamatory and clearly indicate a deliberate failure to ascertain the facts much less present them in a balanced way.  Well, rather than complain about it, it is time to bring out the lawyers and SUE THEIR ASSES.

Slander.
Libel.
Defamation of Character.

Get injunctions halting the presentation of this filth.  

Attack, attack, attack.

That is the lesson we SHOULD have learned from the Swift Boat Liars.  This is a test, a dry run for 2008, as well as a critically important cusp in itself.  The rest of the 21st century is at stake.
