My fellow God-Fearing Americans,
We have a crisis perpetrated by the secular liberal traitors in our midst. The nation's poverty rate rose again this year for the fourth straight year--to 37 million. That's up 1.1 million for last year.
The number of people with no healthcare also rose:
The Census burueau also said household income remained flat, and the number of people without health insurance edged up by about 800,000 to 45.8 million people.
See more on this treachery below the fold.
And it gets worse: those liberal baby-killers have hurt our precious children again:
Of the 37 million people living in poverty, close to a third were children.
Fortunately, our courageous president and his administration are doing everything they can to quell this crisis. Things should be turning around soon:
"I was surprised," said Sheldon Danziger, co-director of the National Poverty Center at the University of Michigan. "I thought things would have turned around by now."
While disappointed, the Bush administration--which has not seen a decline in poverty numbers since the president took office--said it was not surprised by the new statistics."
The last two boom years that we have been experiencing should also mark the end of the recession that we have been simultaneously experiencing:
We hope this is it, that this is the last gasp of indicators for the recession."
The American people must understand that this is hard work, and that we must give our Commander-in-Chief more time to pull us out of the moral and economic quagmire that Clinton put us in:
The last decline in overall poverty was in 2000, during the Clinton administration, when 31.1 million people lived under the threshold.
After going through 8 years of the godless enemies of our country holding us down like that, it's very difficult to show improvement.
The best way for us to continue to climb out of the hole the liberals have dug for us is to emphasize our commitment to Family Values. You see, the poverty level for a family of four right now is $19,307. Now that's far too high. Two parents living on minimum wage in this country can't make that much money--it's ridiculous! Obviously, part of the problem here is the definition of the poverty level itself. If two hard-working parents can't pull their family out of poverty, then the only other choice is to raise the minimum wage--and my friends, as we all know, that's right out of Satan's Commie Playbook.
It's also worth pointing out that the problem is even bigger than these statistics point out. God-fearing American women are taking Rick Santorum's advice, quitting work, and staying home. That means that with only one income, that poverty rate indicator should really be only half of that figure--something closer to $9,500 a year for a family of four.
___________
Now let me tell you folks something. I've had it with these God-Damned secular liberals. We need to take 'em out, together with their Commie friend Lopez, or Chavez, or whatever his name is.
If only we had a political party in office that put Christ and the word of the Lord before all else, we wouldn't have this problem. Because when you keep this false wall of separation between church and state, the country loses its moral compass--everybody follows Mammon and greed, and gives everything away to big business and getting rich and exploiting people in whited sepulchres. And the violence--dear Lord!--well, just look at the kind of non-stop war you get when secular liberal Dumbocrats are in charge.
When we get some real conservatives in office who love the Bible this country was built on, we'll have real politicians who follow Jesus' advice: we'll have true men of conscience who "love thy neighbor," "turn the other cheek" and "consider the lilies of the field" who will end war once and for all, and who will end poverty once and for all by "selling all they have and give to the poor" because they know "it's easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven."
All we need to do is keep voting Republican Men of God into office, and all our vision for better and brighter America, founded on God's Laws, will finally be realized.
