oH GOSH...
What do we do now that the economy is in the terlet and American proud soldiers are being taken to eternal rest so often that it is not even news?
The GOP has brought us to a place where there seems to be no future.
And the GOP likes it this way.
It distresses them to their philosophic foundation to have the government consider the future of the nation's well being. Consequently, and for example, they don't think it is important to fund and maintain a first class national system to deal with floods and fire. To help work towards mitigating the predicted national drought, etc.
That's why people should support the Democratic Party. Democrats actually believe in planning for the benefit of the citizenry (and also the world).
The people who tell you not to think and not to worry, are the ones who don't want you thinking and worrying about the future!
The Democratic Party is not afraid to think and to worry. They fail and do so often in the service of the future.
THE GOP - THEY HAVE NO FUTURE. Their present is melamine dogfood and toxic toys. Bubble markets, junk bonds, etc. And idiot spokespeople who refuse to wake up and smell the coffee.
Not to forget the past but - the GOP? They have no future.... :-(
Look - no Democratic President is going to run the country just the way you want them to. It's a roller coaster with whoever. But I think that with the bunch we've got to choose from, we can be assured that we will be heard if we want to be.
