This week there was an amazing hearing in the House concerning the use of torture by the United States.
C-SPAN did not carry it.

The hearing was amazing in that it shed some light on the degree to which torture has become standard procedure by the United States.
These interrogation professionals, no pussies, clearly describe why the crazy 24 (the TV show) tactics do not yield useful intelligence.
More than that, they discuss how condoning torture sacrifices all that we hold dear as a nation.
