SiCKO - Republican Thanks Michael Moore (Really!)

Yes, it's true, if Jack Lessenberry of The Metro Times is to be believed (and I have no reason not to believe him).

Former Governor William Milliken (R) of Michigan told Michael Moore that he did a:

"...brilliant job calling attention to the nation's biggest problem, and that he hoped everyone saw it [SiCKO]."

Yes, Governor Milliken is one of that nearly extinct species - a sane Republican. It's too bad, really.  As Mr. Lessenberry opined:

We had leaders in this state and nation once upon a time, you know. It's up to us to find some, or become some, again.

Sorry for the short diary.  I was waiting for an open thread, but the front page has been static for over three hours now, and I need to go to bed.  I just thought it was a great article, and wanted to share.
