Boy Horribly Burned In Iraq? Any way to help?

This is awful. I want to fucking die.
Goddamn
I'm posting this story to see if it can get frontpaged and maybe become a cause celebre somehow. Can we raise money for this kid? Or pressure the media to help him? Or even the PR obsessed government? Bush is trying to make his war look good, a little free reconstructive surgery doled out to our collateral damage might be just the ticket.
Please.
There's a pretty nasty image on the other side. Fair Warning.

Five-year-old Youssif is scarred for life, his once beautiful smile turned into a grotesquely disfigured face -- the face of a horrifying act by masked men. They grabbed him on a January day outside his central Baghdad home, doused him with gas and set him ablaze.
It's an act incomprehensibly savage, even by Iraq's standards today. No one has been arrested and the motive remains unknown.
I read the article and I wanted to weep. Our lovely little war did this. Please help me get this out there, so we can pressure those who need to be pressured, the media, politicians, anyone who can get this kid the help he needs, or draw attention to his cause. If anyone has any contacts who can help with this kind of project, please leave me a comment. Maybe we can even work on raising some money for this little guy.
I know the world is a horrible place and full of awful stories, and we can't help all life's victims. But I saw this story this morning and it burned a hole in the tattered remnants of my soul. We can do something to help, can't we? Something?
If you feel you can help organize something, email me at rgspadmin@gmail.com.
I'm now leaving work, to go give my kid a hug. I'll check back in later.
Fuck the world.
