Daily Kos functions quite well in bringing many interesting and important news reports and informed opinions, and the site self edits effectively enough that the best stuff does rise to the top and be seen. Rescue Rangers read every diary, every day to find quality work by Kossaks and bring it to notice if it has slipped by in the flood.
