Kennedys endorse Hillary Clinton

The media is up to something very fishy. Barack Obama, the man who represents everything the right-wing managed media has been working against all these years, is suddenly their little darling who can do no wrong. What happened to those who were just weeks ago calling him Barack Bin Laden, or Hussein Obama? Just why is he now getting the free pass? Who made the decision for this all too obvious shift in tactic by the MSM?
Do you honestly believe the media has suddenly developed a conscience? Have they all suddenly, and all at the same time, seen the light and now want a BLACK president who may or may not support their conservative agenda? (Keep in mind that private healthcare run by insurance cos, wages set in concrete, and permanent tax cuts for the wealthy IS their agenda) I see something sinister in the great support Obama is receiving from the media that ruined Jimmy Carter's chances of running the country, the same media that wrecked the Clinton administrations eight years in office, and the media that has helped hide the truth about the assassination of JFK, RFK and MLK. If it seems to good to be true, it ain't true, and this much leeway for a black Democratic candidate is much too good to be true.
When Ted Kennedy announced his endorsement of Obama, the media spread it far and wide with little or no background on the decision. No mention of the pre-existing problems between Ted and Bill. No word on the fact that Ted had stated early that he would not support Hillary and his choice would be Kerry.
Kennedy: I’ll Support Kerry in 2008 Race

BOSTON (AP) — Sen. Edward Kennedy said Wednesday he would back fellow Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008 - even if Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton also pursues a White House bid.
"If he runs, I would support him," Kennedy told The Associated Press in an interview at his Boston office.
With that bit of knowledge in hand the Barack endorsement doesn't come as quite the shock, does it? As a matter of fact it is becoming perfectly clear that this thing is much less about Barack Obama and more about bad blood between two old politicians.
When Robert F. Kennedy Jr, the most on edge and politically promising of the Kennedy clan made his endorsement of Hillary Clinton back in November, it made little splash at all. If it was diaried here it must have slid down the list like greased snot. But if it had been diaried 100 times, it didn't get anywhere close to the amount of media attention that Ted's endorsement did. I stumbled upon the story while googling for another story.
Half the Kennedy family is supporting Hillary. How many out there have heard that?

It was JFK and RFK who made the Kennedy name what it is today, not Teddy. Unfortunately, Ted was the one who did the most to tarnished it. Now, when he makes an endorsement the right-wing seems to greatly appreciate, he's no longer the murderer, we hear no more jokes about his swimming skills, and he's suddenly the greatest Democrat alive! And RFK jr's endorsement of Hillary is basically ignored.
I call BUSLLSHIT!
What is the Rove media doing? They are dividing us. They have now managed to work the American people into a split that may take from us our ability to unite against them this November. How many of Obama's fans will find it in their hearts to vote for Hillary once the object of their desire, and all of their hopes have been lost? Will Barack be able to bring them to the polls? Will he make the needed effort? All the same questions apply to Bill and Hillary, but to a somewhat lessor extent. I don't see Hillary fans doing the hate thing against Obama so much. It actually appears many Hillary fans, like myself, would enjoy supporting Obama if he were the nominee. I can't imagine too many Obama fans feeling that way about Hillary. The demonization has been pretty effective. Many Obama fans are new participants who otherwise have little interest in politics. I'm afraid too many will pack up and take their anger home, hoping to watch as the one who beat them gets beat. This is the problem with cult of personality politics.
I'm certain many will disagree,so let's discuss it.
