FISA Fight: Here's a great Fighting Dem

Nancy Boyda is definitely one of the heroes of the FISA battles. The Republicans undoubtedly thought that this Freshman Dem from a tough district in a tough state would immediate cave under the pressure of television and newspaper and radio ads and a coordinated phone-calling campaign asking her if she was with the terrorists.

Nancy Boyda did not cave. Here she is, courtesy of BoydaBloc explaining to Kansas Democrats why.

Let's hope a little bit of Nancy Boyda's common sense and commitment to protecting the Constitution infects some Democrats in the Senate. In fact, Boyda's neighbor in Nebraska, Senator Ben Nelson (Phone:  [phone], Fax: [phone]) would do well to hear her message.
