This line, in Bush's
sad excuse for a speech this morning, stood out as particularly indicative of his utter lack of self-awareness:
Evil men obsessed with ambition and unburdened by conscience must be taken very seriously, and we must stop them before their crimes can multiply.
Oh Bushie... in your case, it's a tad late for that. Our only hope now is that we stop the multiplication from becoming truly exponential.
What I'd love to see is a nice little laundry list against this quote: a catalog of the instances of blind ambition, dearth of conscience, and criminal acts that have characterized Bush's life and presidency. In my fantasy world, we'd also see the MSM hold that statement up against the realities of the Bush administration.
Clearly there is enough fodder out there; I wish I had the time to do it myself.
