See it now: Video of Obama talking about Bush WH crimes

Hi, everyone -- Will Bunch from Attytood at the Philadelphia Daily News back again. Thanks you so much for all the interest this week in our session with Barack Obama and his answer to my question about whether his administration would prosecute the apparent crimes that have been reported in the Bush administration, specifically as relates to torture. After the jump...it's finally on video:
Unfortunately I don't have the ability to embed it here at Daily Kos, but please follow the link and check it out for yourself. With any answer, body language and nuance can be almost as significant as the actual words.
Although I knew there would be some interest in this question and in Obama's answer, frankly I was amazed at how much play this has received on the Internet (although, of course, not at all in the mainstream media.) To me, that shows the hunger that millions of Americans feel to have these issues addressed -- if not under the current set-up, which seems increasingly hopeless, then after the new president takes office on 1/20/09. While everyone wants America to begin moving forward again, there is also such a thing as justice -- and when it comes to an abomination such as torture then justice deferred is truly justice denied.
I would surely join the many others here in hoping that the moderators from ABC News -- they're the ones who broke this whole can of worms wide open, after all -- would ask both Obama and Hillary Clinton more about this in their nationally televised debate here in Philly. But I'm not holding my breath. Are you?
