Obama’s themes in Gore and AARP tv ad blitz. THANKS!

Have you seen any of Al Gore’s global warming tv ads with wecansolveit.org? The first time I saw one, I thought it was an Obama ad. Here’s the opening line:

"We didn’t wait for someone else to storm the beaches of Normandy. We didn’t wait for someone else to guarantee civil rights...or put a man on the moon. And we can’t wait for someone else to solve the global climate crisis. We need to act. And we need to act now."

Then there are the dividedwefail.org (AARP and SEIU) tv ads calling for us to come together in order to pass health care reform:

"Left...right...red...blue...liberal...conservative. We may not all share the same views, but we all face the same problems. And we should focus on the issues we have in common."

This is just too good to be coincidence. Dividedwefail.org is a 527. But what a message! Can you imagine Hillary or McCain complaining about this ad? I don’t know if wecansolveit.org is a 527 or not. Al Gore put up most of his Nobel Prize money to back this effort, so if you were wondering who Al Gore is backing, I think you have your answer.
