The Founders were wrong! It's quality, not quantity...

Mon Apr 21, 2008 at 07:31:33 PM PDT

Jeez... who knew? Tonight I was told by CNN that the Founders and drafters of the Constitution had it all wrong. Democracy is not about the choice of the majority!

Nope... Umm-Um!

Democracy SHOULD be based on the "quality" of the votes, not their number. And thus we discover that the British were right all along, about that king thing.

See, if you win MORE votes, that's okay,,, but if you win the BEST votes, that's even better. Sooo... votes from "big" states automatically count more than votes from "little" states.

OMG!!!! Hillary is right! The Constitution really did mean it when it said that there were some votes that are more equal than others, they just thought it was White male property owners over , women (didn't count at all) and African Americans (didn't count for themselves, but helped out on that property thing) and Natives (obviously no vote).

But written in invisible ink, between the lines was this proviso about the big versus the little states (Sorry RI).

So Barak... you might as well drop out after tomorrow night! The woman has proved that "size does matter!"

Thanks CNN for clearing that up for me...

(Note to self - gotta get on revising those HS Civics books, ASAP!)
