WHITE MEN: Nora Ephron hates you.

That title isn't opinion, it's pure fact - straight from the woman's keyboard.

You think I'm kidding, don't you?  You think that I'm telling tales on the woman who wrote the screenplays for "When Harry met Sally" and "Sleepless in Seattle", don't you?

If so, you'd be thinking wrong.  The proof is in the pudding - or in this case, her HuffPo blog - which I quote and provide a link for below the fold.

Here are a few excerpts from Ms. Ephron's blog of April 20, 2008 (two days before the PA primary) over at the Huffington Post.  If these passages don't make a solid case for her hatred of white men, I don't know what could be added to convince you further.

"This is an election about whether the people of Pennsylvania hate blacks more than they hate women.  And when I say people, I don't mean people, I mean white men."

"A lot of white men have terrible tempers, and what's more, they think it's normal."

"Hillary's case is not an attractive one, because what she'll essentially be saying (and has been saying, although very carefully) is that she can attract more racist white male voters than Obama can."

"...white men cannot be relied on, as all of us know who have spent a lifetime dating them."

And just in case you're not completely convinced, re-read those passages but replace the words "white men" with "black men" or "Jews" or the nationality of your choice.  Then you'll really see how horrible her position is.

What's worse is that Arianna Huffington has put this chunk of garbage back up on her website for a second go-round.
