Condi: Hebrew for Going in Circles, Accomplishing Nothing

The waning days of power must be rough. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice makes her 22nd trip to Israel, shows up in Jerusalem, knocks on the door of her favorite luxury hotel and finds out they didn't leave the light on for her.

Once touted as a Presidential prospect, then as a Vice President to John McCain, Condi now is gone from the front pages of the newspapers. It appears that the blazing star of the Bush administration will exit the stage, like her boss, with a dismal record -- no mideast peace agreement, no democracy blossoming in Saudi Arabia, no end to the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Gosh, on her most recent trip to the Mideast, she didn't even get a razzle-dazzle, horn-honking, traffic-tying motorcade.
Even more telling.... the Israeli TV talking heads are now using her name as a verb. The meaning? To go endlessly around in circles, accomplishing nothing.
