Karl Rove's Electoral Map Says Obama is Winning!

While this neither takes into account the latest Quinnipac Poll showing McCain gaining ground in Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota or Wisconsin, it also doesn't show the 4% Foreign Tour bounce that Gallup is reporting (see above).
What does that mean? A short sweet diary below. Hey, a steampunk's gotta work ;)
It means, according to Karl Rove's own map of the eletoral college Rove's map, that Obama currently has 272 electoral votes to McCain's 183, with 83 currently contested. Given that we only need 270 to win the election, Obama could effectively lose EVERY state considered contested, and still win.
And remember, the Berlin speech's impact isn't included in Rove's numbers yet.
For anyone who doubted, who thought that Obama was "an ineffective black man" or some such other nonsense, this has to be a source of cognitive dissonance. But it also reflects what many have known since Campaign '08 began: that Hillary Rodham Clinton was the candidate to beat, and with her now a surrogate for the Obama machine that did beat her, this game is going to be almost embarrassingly one-sided.
