I think that we really need to focus on the Market and how it WOULD have affected millions more Americans, in fact the entire electorate, if John McCain's JUDGMENT had been followed--Social Security Privatization.

Here are some good articles that need to be looked at which address what WOULD have happened if John McCain's belief in the privatization had taken place. Someone needs to spread the news about this, and how many millions if not BILLIONS of dollars in our single-last security net would have been lost by these greed-mongers:

Letter from Sam Adams

Republicans have really focused on destroying basically every type of network of help, government or community-based, and we need to fight back. We need to make sure that the people in the United States know that their future will be destroyed not only because McCain's health proposals would obliterate employer-based healthcare plans, but also that McCain's hatred of Social Security would have destroyed the lives of the old and the young.

McCain's Judgment:

  1. He didn't have judgment back then when he was part of the Keating Five,
  1. He didn't have judgment when he called for complete deregulation of the financial industry,
  1. He didn't have judgment when he supported Bush on the Iraq war,
  1. He didn't have judgment when he put Palin as his potential successor.
  1. He didn't have judgment when he said that he "fundamentals" were okay (and no he doesn't understand what his Committees actually have control over apparently).
  1. He didn't have judgment when he was one of the people who was pushing for Privatization of Social Security.

That's a lot of bad judgments for someone who requests that we follow his judgment.
