Well, I had to go see and document the teabag spectacular in all its nutty glory so here are my pics and video.
As I said in my comments over the past few days it just so happens that Long Wharf, New Haven, CT where the festivities were located is a known gay/straight prostitution meet up spot so these grounds are no stranger to tea bagging.
First off, here's the pics of two signs I had made for when I felt like getting in on the action. Afterall, as fox noise has broadcasted all day these are 'non partisan' protests.
Great...
Here you can get a good view of the several dozen that showed up
Believe the conservative hype, much?
No to pork? What about the pork project for smell reduction in a southern state, requested by a republican, for real pigs.
I'd say its pretty arrogant to judge the majority of americans who voted for Obama as arrogant.
"No Legislation without Deliberation" Translation: WAH WAH WAH WE LOST!
"Pastor Manning was Right! Obama is a long legged mack daddy! He's pimpin us all!" I found this one particularly offensive...
Hey Buddy! The revolutionary war re-enactment is thattaway! Oh, and isn't that the northern union uniform...
I have no details on this picture.
One of my signs.
AHHHHH! I'm surrounded! By Teabaggers! ...surrounded by teabaggers, you say..
And yes, someone abandoned their sign there...in other words, they threw it on the ground. Probably would be floating in the water if I didn't throw it out.
Another sign littered on the ground.
Ok, well that is it for pictures. I have some video I've been editing that I'll post here when I get back from my meeting. This is the first time I've ever edited video and posted it online so we'll see how it goes. BTW, the average age there had to be 45-50, exact age for becoming of voter age during the reagan 'revolution'.
Update: Got one video posted.
Update 2: Me not knowing my war uniform history.
