The Election Contest Court is counting ballots as I write. Today they ruled 351 ballots elegible to count. These are the last ballots to be counted in the election.
So far they have opened and counted 138 of those.
The Uptake livefeed here.
The results so far:
Franken, 70
Coleman, 50
Others, 18
That gives Franken a lead of 245, with 213 ballots remaining to count.

Final steps to certification:
- The Election Contest Court must issue a final ruling. The current Franken lead is greater than the sum of the Dinkytown ballots and all alleged overcounting, so there is little doubt that the court will rule in favor of Franken. The ruling may or may not order that a certificate of election be issued by the Governor.
- Coleman will appeal to the MN Supreme Court. The court may or may not take the case, and may or may not stay the order for a certificate (if such an order is issued by the EEC).
- If the MNSC hears the case, it will have to rule. It is not entirely clear when that might happen, but previous appeals to the Supremes in this matter have been very fast.
