As expected, Orly's latest fiasco got dismissed. At some point, she really needs to start watching her back for disgruntled or ruined clients.
In this instance, Cook has some real reason to be upset. As a divorcing guy, his life was already a shambles, undoubtedly wrecked in part by his FReepish nuttery. Now, he doesn't even have a job and may find himself to be less than employable, now that his nuttiness is in the news.

Looks like Major Cook has been spreading sedition in the ranks and directly impugning the integrity and legitimacy of the National Command Authority (not to mention his FReepy calls for revolution). Best part is he showed up in court in uniform.
Federal judge dismisses reservist's suit questioning Obama's presidency
"If one cannot establish the validity and legality of the order ... we would be following illegal orders and subject to prosecution," he said. "I could be prosecuted by the Uniform Code of Military Justice and if captured I would not be privy to protections under the Geneva Convention."
Other soldiers have been supportive of his position, Cook said.
"I’ve received quite a bit of popular support from officers in my grade and some officers a grade above and some officers a grade below," he said. "Thus far, I’d say about 90 percent positive."
May I remind Major Cook of this:
ART. 88 - CONTEMPT TOWARD OFFICIALS
Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
Of course, when you work with others to impugn the legitimacy of the NCA, this can come into play:
ART. 94. MUTINY OR SEDITION
(a) Any person subject to this chapter who--
(1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;
(2) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition;
(3) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.
(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
