Ya know, I just hate those geeky LOTR references. Still, you're here.
I have to admit, I sat the Iowa caucuses out. I watched no TV, read no newspapers and didn't even read kos! (Shame on me.) Even afterwards, I only saw Kerry's melting mug on the front page of MSNBC.com and thought to myself...interesting.
The pro-Dean banter around here seems to have died down quite a bit. What's the problem people? Pick up your asses and move ahead. Sure, third place is, well, not as good as first, but you have to remember that 90% of the Iowans that went to the caucuses pulled a name out of their mad bombers before entering. Who can choose?
Now I see all these whiny looking diaries, and the site has gone to hell, and many kossacks are, frankly, reeling. Nah. Screw that. As many of you know, I'm No Deaniac, and I did have the misfortune of seeing that post-caucus... ruckus of his, but I see a guy who will go to the end as long as you nut-cases continue to back him. So, go for it! Don't start second-guessing yourselves now, for god's sake! You never let reality slow you down before, so get out there and fight-fight-fight, and you're gonna win-win-win!
Meanwhile, I'm just gonna hang here in the corner in my Draft Clark Tee Shirt and wait for New Hampshire.
Pasta.
