Win or lose, I think post election festivities will be including a range of notable Republican candidates sitting under scrutiny, as they are held accountable squirm under investigation for violations of State and Federal tax laws [amongst other things].
Marco Rubio

Joe Miller

Frank Guinta

These three come to mind right away, but feel free to add your 'favorite Republican' into the ever growing list.
As for many of these Rebiblicans,
I call them 'Future Felons of America'.
If the balance in the House or Senate is close, the convictions of Republican criminals could prove to be politically significant to that balance of power.
Here's my local story, about the local Republican Felon in Waiting.
NH recently had the Republican Party Executive Director convicted of a felony. NH has never had a sitting elected official convicted of a felony, to my knowledge. Yet. It will be interesting to watch as NH revisits once again the uncomfortable spotlight on politicians with Frank Guinta. Win or lose, Frank's inability to explain where $350K worth of money came from is more than just an FEC violation.
(h/t to Blue Hampshire for that awesome pic)
Carol Shea-Porter's ads on the radio are right to the point today about this: basically her ad says [paraphrasing about Guinta's troubles "you may disagree with some of my decisions, but at least I'm not a criminal". And yeah, she approves that message.
So do I.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear the gloves come off.
Carol could use some last minute help.
