Last week: A MoveOn volunteer was stomped -- and suffered a concussion -- by one of the Rand Paul campaign's county chairs. You've seen the footage.
Today: Ken Buck, at a campaign stop in Colorado, told a supporter, "I've got my boots on. I'm just going to stomp."
Coincidence? I doubt it.
I thought this would be a good time for a recap of a few of his top quotes ... send 'em on to any friends you have in Colorado. Ask them to send them on to friends who haven't voted yet.
Ken Buck's stompingly-good positions on important issues of the day:
There should be no separation of church and state:
"I disagree strongly with the concept of separation of church and state. It was not written into the Constitution."
-- at a candidate forum in late 2009, available on YouTube
Climate change is a hoax:
"Sen. Inhofe was the first person to stand up and say this global warming is the greatest hoax that has been perpetrated. The evidence just keeps supporting his view, and more and more people’s view, of what’s going on."
-- at an October fundraiser in Loveland, which Senator Inhofe attended.
Gays choose to be gay:
"I think that birth has an influence on it like alcoholism and some other things, but I think that basically you have a choice."
-- Meet the Press, October 2010.
Abortion should be outlawed, even in cases of rape or incest:
"I don't believe in the exceptions of rape or incest. I believe that the only exception, I guess, is life of the mother," Buck said. "And that is only if it's truly life of the mother."
