This is the best election law, ever. From New Mexico:
The Chaves County Clerk says the county commission race between Eloy Ortega and James Duffy ended with both men getting 1,004 votes. State law says the tie must be broken by a game of chance between the candidates.
Clerk Rhoda Coakley said Thursday, "They'll have to either flip a coin, draw straws or cut the cards. But I suggested they maybe play a game of 5 card stud and whoever had the best hand would win."
There are 16 military ballots they're still waiting on before they resort to poker.
