The reasons I think we should stop Kerry now is simple, we should do it now before it is too late.
First of all, Kerry's nomination will lead democratic party's demise for years to come. Kerry is not electable.
- He has personality problems, he is a big waffler, he voted against the first Gulf war, voted for this war, everything he's done is based on his personal ambition. How can he explain to the voters when he challenge Bush on national security. The republican talk heads are always on the TV, blasting those war wafflers. He has no integrity.
- He represents the old democratic party, he can not inspire the youth, the base. The old democratic party tried in 2000, 2002, if they still think it's safe to roll out a 'safe' candidate, it's doomed, the failure in 2004 will be a body blow for years to come. Democratic party will become the permanent minority. Dean or Clark may not win 2004 election, at least they can inspire the party in the right direction, have more people join the party. I don't see any value of Kerry, he's a sure loser, and he can't inspire young people to join the party.
- The reasons why Kerry can't win is simple. He's a MA liberal, he can't reconcile a lot of his contradictory positions; He has held no leadership position except sitting in the senate for years; He has held no executive position; He can not compete in the South; He is the pet of the Washington establishments, independents will turn away.
- To avoid the ultimate failure of the democratic party, it's importannt to stop Kerry now before it's too late. I urge the supporters for each candidate to make a strategic decision when it comes to every state. First, Kerry should be stopped in NH, If Edwards' numbers can not go up, they should vote for Dean, Clark or whatever.
Kerry's momentum needs to be stopped in NH. If this scenario fails, he should be stopped in Feb 3 primaries, If Dean is doomed, I urge Dean supporters to switch to Clark or Edwards whoever has the ability to stop that Washington jerk Kerry.
I am for Any one but Kerry, and I'm confident kerry can be stopped. For Deaniacs, they're deeply hurt by Kerry's negative campaign and his lies of portraying a positive image. Kerry can and will be stopped if we unite together, Just like Dean, no one thinks Kerry is their second choice if their guys fail. That's exactly the key to stop Kerry.
To stop Kerry now, failure is not an option. He will be smashed by Bush in a second. I'm tired of hearing his 'bring it on' rhetoric, I'm tired of hearing his 'I'm the only man who can win' bullshit.
Failure is not an option, stop Kerry now.
