Dear Eric:
Just a quick note to let you know that, in your Altercation today, you first gushingly compare Edwards to Clinton in '92:
"John Edwards, however, is the best candidate running, and that shouldn't matter so much but it does. He has the most impressive political skills I've ever seen since the first time I saw Bill Clinton speak in a church in San Francisco in 1992 ..."
at a time in which Clinton had no history other than being governor of a small Southern state and energizing speaker, and then you go on to trash Dean for being a governor of a small state:
"Just what in his career as a country doctor and governor of Vermont leads you to [believe Dean has qualifications for President]?"
Could you please get your story straight? Whom do you support, and whom do you hate, and why?
This is the sort of thing that leads me to conclude that you really are just another bitchy, elite, media Heather.
And this sort of thing - though I am grateful you finally admit that you hate Howard Dean, though I encourage you to invent better reasons why to cover up the fact that you are just another well-to-do, bitchy, elite media Heather - is exactly why I am losing any respect for you as a media commentator whatsoever.
How can you denounce the "so-called liberal media"? You are part of it yourself.
Sincerely,
