These Are the People Who Must Reject and Denounce

Warning: this is an uncharitable, venting rant. I am angry, and to give you an idea, we are headed to Rude Punditville. Stop right now if you don't want to read it. Awhile back, I wrongly made a premature case for how Hillary Clinton needed to be talked about in order to give her supporters an easy transition into the fold. I was wrong. Some things trump. So if you don't like harsh language or are a tenderheart, click away now. I don't even particularly want this to be rec'd, just on the record.
What follows is a totally incomplete list of people who must speak up immediately and clearly, or it's on them too. Silence + standing endorsement equals ratification.
In no particular order:
Paul Krugman. Krugman, you weaselly motherfucker, you better ask for some forgiveness without the slightest goddamn snide remark.
Tina Fey. Tina, you exhorted voters to elect this goddamn horrorshow. You have terrible judgment and you need to apologize for what you tried to bring about through your advocacy.

You know, the "rookie" thing worked out pretty well for Magic Johnson's Lakers
Tue Dec 18, 2007 at 11:38:22 PM PDT
In case you're not aware, former NBA great Magic Johnson joined the Clintons on the stump in Iowa as he did in South Carolina yesterday to help them make their "inexperienced" case when it comes to Barack Obama.

The The Detroit Free Press has just published an exclusive that Michigan Senator Debbie Stabenow will endorse Hillary Clinton Saturday afternoon.
Oh, Oh, Oh It’s Magic! (Johnson Endorses Clinton)

I was 16 or 17 when Magic Johnson helped Michigan State University win the NCAA basketball championship in 1979. He gave a real shot in the arm to my home state when it needed it badly, and I still find it impossible to NOT smile whenever I see his grin. He seems like a genuinely decent guy and I’ve still got a lot of respect for him and his talents.
So I was pleased to read about a Clinton fundraiser he’ll soon hold - he had this to say about it...
"We need a winner as our next President of the United States - someone that can help realistically improve relations in the world, someone that will work to provide affordable and accessible health care, and someone that is simply a strong leader," Johnson said in a campaign statement. "I know that's Hillary Clinton." Link
