I means seriously, first of all, I don't think Barack wearing jeans is NEWS, but listen to the background chatter.

Although I am proud to support a candidate that isn't afraid to dress down in public :o)

China Blue airs on many PBS stations tonight (check local listings).

Even if you aren't wearing something now that was made in China, something in your closet probably was.  This documentary  introduces you to some of the women who make clothes and the conditions they work under.  

Actually, many aren't even women.  Some are as young as 14 and work up to 20 hours a day with no overtime.  For about 6 cents an hour.

Each person participating on Daily Kos may earn the privilege of wearing their jeans while blogging this Friday, December 22, 2006.  How do you do that?  All you have to do is offer to help the YearlyKos Convention, which needs donations from the Daily Kos community in order to put on all the great events it has planned for August in Chicago.
