I can't believe there isn't a diary about this yet, so here goes...will be VERY short...

I've had just about all the dramatic and naieve declarations of independence I can take.  Yes, the FISA bill sucks.  Yes, many of you are right to express your disappointment and outrage.  But when I start hearing things about not donating to Obama, I just want to throw up!

Floyd Brown, of "Willie Horton" fame, is at it again.  He has produced a web "ad" suggesting that Obama is a Muslim and can not be trusted.  I won't post a link to it because we can all imagine what it's like, and I refuse to give it publicity or page views.

I went over to Huffington Post a few minutes ago, scrolled down a bit, and burst out laughing!!!  If anyone needs any more evidence that Hillary has completely lost her mind, I have it for you.  This has been ridiculous for quite some time, but now it's absolutely Hill-arious!!!  Follow me...

Obama's "problem" in Appalachia and some other rural areas of the country is not his policies, Rev. Wright, the Muslim smear-campaign, or even his race.  The "problem" is an American cultural phenomenon which has been gaining strength for several decades and is the same "movement" which helped propel George W. Bush into office twice.

Can you just IMAGINE what the main-stream media would be saying if Rev. Wright had said that we should "OBLITERATE" Iran???  Seriously - for the life of me, I cannot understand the juxtaposition of what the media is covering and simultaneously ignoring.  It boggles the mind, saddens the spirit, and should offend every conscience...but it also opens a door.
