Technically that is true, at least not from oil companies directly.  But he does take money frfom those that are employed by oil companies.  So one could make the case that they are private and personal donations, not made to influence.

Just what is Bill trying to do?  If he is trying to help- his wife, then I suggest that he stop and get a little more rest, for every time he opens his mouth he does her harm and chews on his size 11.

Very soon the voters of Pennsylvania will go to the polls and vote their choices.  I am writing this letter to them in the hopes that some form of logic and knowledge will be employed.  Issues should dominate the election not some made up difference between the candidates that the media wants you to focus on.

I have been thinking about this alot.  yes the economy is the most important issue that ALL candidates must address.  But I do not think that they are two separate issues.  The cash spent on war could very well be used for good--in this country.

The media has tried to touch on the Bosnia trip somewhat but they seem to always be lead back to the pastor's comments.  I guess if I were running for my political life I would do the same thing.

I know everybody here has been watching and debating the twists and turns in the Democratic run to the convention.  Personally, I am a bit tired. I have watched each one of the turns and all I can say is that I WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE AN ADULT!  Something that is not happening at this point.

Before I move on I would like to say this about the pastor thing.  I have not heard one interview from a prominent person that is a member of the Chicago church.  We have heard from damn near everybody with an opinion but not from a church member.  That alone should tell people where the spin is in the media.  

Am I the only one that sees a complete breakdown in this process?  Am I the only one that is sick of the bullsh*t?  

This situation has plagued the campaigns and the DNC for months and will mostly continue to do so.  Everybody has offered a solution, even the Repubs.  That is everybody, but the Democratic leadership, somewhere someone has got to step forward and make a damn decision.

I realize that everyone and their brother has had an opinion on Obama's speech.  I will be no different, but please bear with me on this.  was it historic?  Yes.  Was it necessary?  Yes.  But the pundits in MSM have another view.

Can we please move on to the election and stop playing he said, she said.  This is getting very tiring.  The economy is crashing and burning and they are worried about what some preacher is saying and has been saying for 20+ years.  Please!

Recently our dear President told the people at an economic meeting that there was nothing to fear that the US economy was strong and they should have confidence in it.  My question is:  Who the hell is this idiot talking to?  It definitely is not those people that work for a living.

OMG!  This is becoming a daily thing of he said, she said.  Will this ever end.  Will the media ever stop the spin in one direction or the other?

I recently dated a woman with bi-polar disorder and I can tell you it was a roller coaster ride at best  One day i am better than sliced bread and then I am the most worhtless SOB on the planet.  I see something similar happening in the primary season.

I have noticed that the posts that get the most response is when one candidate or another is written about.  It seems the a persons candidate is the most important thing.  Why is this?  I do not agree with it.  Just wondering.

We all know about the comments of Bill in South Carolina and the Clinton people have spun that out of the news.  Now it seems that the "R" is raising its head again.  And it comes from...you guessed it....the Clinton camp.

A new poll is out and guess what McCain has closed the gap on Obama/Clinton.  It is now a statistical tie on the national level.  Last week Obama had a 6 point lead and Clinton had a 4 poit, I believe.  But that has been elimated.  Nice job.

For the last couple of days this story has made the rounds on talk shows.  It is not a major story yet, but it could be soon, very soon.  But that said, could it be a possibility?

I am sure everyone that is interested in the nomination process has bee watching and shaking their heads at the turns this cycle has taken.  Somewhere I read here that someone was saying that this process and the turns it is taking could well be the end of the Dem Party. I wish I could recall who said that, maybe not first, but constantly.  Wait!  It was me!
