George Bush Rocks!!! He's our Party's biggest friend!!!

Thu May 15, 2008 at 06:08:49 PM PDT

No you right wing boob who thought this was a pro Bush diary (surfing for some real content), it's quite the contrary.  I was a little concerned about our party being divided come November but after George Bush attacked our future President today, a big smile from ear to ear overtook my face....

Going after Karl Rove one Congressional seat at a time

Wed May 14, 2008 at 06:42:46 AM PDT

We should never forget about good old Karl Rove.  Fox News and the right wing noise machine have decided to champion Karl Rove as a hero and "expert" political analysis.  We here on the left like to champion Karl Rove as the mastermind who united our party and helped us lock in a potential hold on Congress for a several election cycles.  We also should add that time is running out for Karl Rove as we get closer and closer to the main election.....

Scary Brown people will have to prove citizenship to vote.. (GOP desperation is at hand)

Mon May 12, 2008 at 05:39:36 AM PDT

Wow!!!

You had better dig out your birth certificate if you live in red state America.  The GOP is so desperate they are going to force people to prove they are American citizens.  The scary Brown people are taking over!  (as I roll my eyes!!)

My mouth waters as my fingers get ready to dance on my keyboard...

Sat May 10, 2008 at 06:37:07 AM PDT

Just a couple of more weeks...

Get a manicure to enjoy your fingers gliding accross the keyboard while you drink your latte (with your little finger extended to show your an elitist) at your local coffee house.  Brag to everyone, giggling abouting your new hybrid shinning in the sunlight outside. Buy yourself a new pair of Birkenstocks and hemp Tye dyed T-shirt.  Make sure you have a tray of grapes sitting on a silver platter next to you in order feed your fellow bloggers as you type away. (This is how they portray us so live up to the stereotype) We have so much to write about (In regards to John McCain) with so little time to do it.

The pundits keep trying to repeat that John McCain "was the one candidate that the GOP could have chosen to win in Novemeber"  The same pundits who have called it wrong all primary season...LOL!!

A big smile crosses my face as I begin to focus exclusively on John Syney McCain III  and his wife Cindy Marie Antoinette who basically has said...

I'll let them eat cake as she is
refusing to release her taxes

Breaking:  GOP in big trouble PLEASE READ AND HELP!!

Fri May 09, 2008 at 04:25:47 PM PDT

I don't have much time and this guy is not from my state...

But read this article

The media is not covering how fragile and divided the GOP is right now.  They are obviously protecting the rich and are trying to head off the inevitable catastrophe their party faces in November....

Hillary is going to force the V.P. position...

Thu May 08, 2008 at 05:18:20 AM PDT

The only logic to the Clinton's action has to be a power grab for the VP position....

I know, I know many of you don't want to hear this but I think it is almost inevitable.  The record numbers that the Democrats are turning out will not be ignored within political circles and amongst the Superdelegates.  The Clintons and their advisors are smart enough to do the math and realize its over for 2008.  The Clintons also realize they  are a brand name, they have a huge organization, and they will wait 8 years to take the whitehouse.  They are professional politicians.

Chris Mathews Slammed Rush Limbaugh and his dittoheads...

Wed May 07, 2008 at 09:43:38 AM PDT

Last night during the primary coverage Chris Mathew scolded Rush Limbaugh and his operation Chaos!!!

anyone who voted to screw up the political system of this country with the purpose of mischief should carry that with them the rest their lives." He then stated "a ridiculous way to use the vote for which people fought and died,I hope you're proud of yourself."

Chris Mathews Primary Coverage May 6 2008

and I have to agree with Chris on this....

OBAMA FUNDRAISER: $4,000,000 IN 24 HRS....

Tue May 06, 2008 at 06:50:02 PM PDT

Update III:  Here's the second thread on the Obama Rally everyone, Go Here, Rec it up, and keep the dialouge going!!!

http://www.dailykos.com/...

$5, $10, $15, $20,  $100

I suspect after tonight it's almost over.  Hillary won't be able to go Nuclear, Hillary won't be able to raise as much money but most importantly!!!

Time to start the fundraising to take down McBush!!!

Tonight Bush trumped Reverend Wright and the politics of the old (for negatives) as Bush proves to be a liability for the GOP!!!

Tonight the voters spoke out against the attack to distract!! and the media repeating the same thing over and over again to take down our next President!!

Tonight is the beginning of the end to the GOP and all of their dirty antics!!!

Hillary will take Florida and Michigan to the Supreme Court!!!

Mon May 05, 2008 at 09:35:34 AM PDT

It's all about Hillary and power....

She'll take the Florida and Michigan debate to the Supreme Court and the right wing pro corporate Supreme Court will gladly hand her the victory!!! Killing the progressive movement for the next 30 years...

Hillary claims that Special Interests would not go down easily, ironically enough Hillary is going to take this thing all the way down to the end....

"There is no secret plan.... The Clinton campaign has been vocal in stating that the votes of 2.5 million people must be respected. Hardly a day goes by when a Clinton official doesn't publicly declare that the votes of Michigan and Florida count and that

Even if it means breaking the rules, the Nuclear option will be used, you can bet on this!!!

Hillary is against the ropes as Obama has once again proven his resilience by rebounding after a three front attack from Clinton, McCain and the corporate media

Send Karl Rove and his little Dick Chenney to Jail Fund...

Sun May 04, 2008 at 05:46:31 AM PDT

If Obama or Hillary wanted to gain traction and rally a base. Guarantee the public that Karl Rove would get his day in court (the audience would erupt!!)

Refund Check suggestions...

The DCCC is playing hard ball with John McCain,

and lets not forget our next President Barack Obama will need his monthy 50 million to bury John McBush the warmonger!!!

all of these things will help us get Karl Rove thrown in prison after we elect a Democrat into the White House and give the Congress bigger majorities.  I think after our win in Louisiana yesterday (its on the recommended list) we can conclude that voters are pissed!!!  The GOP held that seat since 1974...

Oh their time has come and the clock is ticking on that fat little fuc%#er Karl Rove...

He's the big prize with a Democratic victory and he should be sweating it...

Would you support Obama as an Independent? (w/Poll)

Sat May 03, 2008 at 07:47:23 AM PDT

This should be a discussion we should have....

A Democrat label doesn't mean anything if the candidate does the contrary.  A good example of this is Joe Leiberman.  A Democrat in my book supports the ideals and prinicipals of the party...

The Superdelegates who have held out all this time have failed the Democratic party.  The leadership of the Democratic party have also failed us in Florida and Michigan.  This whole thing has been a disaster and the fence sitting Superdelegates have not demonstrated any type of leadership.  If they were selected based upon the premise of "leadership" then they should be ashamed to call themselves leaders.

most of the superdelegates are seated automatically, based solely on their status as current or former party leaders and elected officials ("PLEOs").

If these remaining folks decide to turn their backs on Obama, I would support him as an independent candidate even if it took another decade to create a strong third party...

Breaking:  John McCain to denounce his controversial President and his little Dick Chenney!!!

Thu May 01, 2008 at 06:17:24 AM PDT

tax (tks) A burdensome or excessive demand; a strain.

To say that the Republicans don't tax the American people, take a look at this definition of tax and think about it next you go to the pump.  Think about it next time you hear about a soldier dying in Iraq and the cost of this war. Think about it when food had gone up dramatically and the right wing pundits and the corporate press try to blame it on the cost of corn deflecting and protecting the petroleum industry.

The Republicans tax you alright, they just do it through their cronyism by appointing pro corporate Supreme court justices, appointing their "rats" to watch the cheese in the EPA, FDA etc....

My love hate relationship with Hillary Clinton...

Wed Apr 30, 2008 at 06:19:14 AM PDT

I have had my fair share of Hillary Bashing diaries.    It is almost over for her as Obama is picking himself up after being hit from two fronts and the pundits say "this is nothing" as if he hasn't been vetted (I'm also rolling my eyes).

I suspect if Obama would have gone as negative as the Clinton camp basically throwing the sink at the Clintons, this primary would be over and Obama would have crushed them into the ground.  He has done well keeping himself above the muck...

Hillary is definately a fighter.  She comes from the school of thought "all is fair in politics".  She plays a dirty game and has demonstrated the power of her tactics.  She would compliment the Obama camp in my opinion.

She is the "Dick Cheney" of the Democrat party when the Republicans look at her.

This is why I think Obama should ask her to be Vice President, I just hope he can sleep with one eye open (I'm just snarking you Hillary fans, still love ya though)....

Don't expect the media to let up...It's all about the $$$$

Tue Apr 29, 2008 at 06:10:01 AM PDT

Let's get one thing clear and we need to educate every voter about this in order to change the corruption in this country.  The media or Press is not free.

Check out the Big Energy, Big Pharmacy, Big Oil, Big Business, etc.  Who sponsor their programming.  These guys are the bread and butter for NBC, CNN, Fox News, right wing radio etc...

If for a minute you think that all of the sudden you will wake up and suddenly expect that the pundits will be discussing issues that concern the voter such as The Economy, The Iraq War, Health Care, Education, The Environment, American Jobs with progressive talking points, it isn't going to happen....

1,000,000 New Democrats registered in the past 7 Primaries!!!

Mon Apr 28, 2008 at 07:12:11 AM PDT

Yes, that is one million new Democrats who have registered to vote to change the direction of this country...

"In 20 Years, she said,  She has never seen anything quite like it"

This doesn't even include the other states.  In New Mexico, the Democratic party had to re-order new voter registration forms because so many people were either registering for the first time or switching from GOP to Democrat! (Long before Rush's operation chaos).  This is happening all over the country!!

There is a positive light to this drawn out primary.  People are paying attention!!!  It is keeping the Democrats involved!!

John McCain needs to stand up for his daughter Bridget, Condoleeza Rice, Colin Powell

Sun Apr 27, 2008 at 05:27:18 AM PDT

Alan Keys, Clarnence Thomas, any of these Americans!!!!

Will John McCain come out, condemn, denounce, and demand that his own party not make race an issue in the main election when he runs against Barack Obama?

Will John McCain insure that his daughter and these scholars I have mentioned grow in a society where:

They will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

The McCain Firewall......(and why he is in trouble)...

Sat Apr 26, 2008 at 05:21:58 AM PDT

Okay your pissed off right now.   Obama is under attack, Hillary doesn't look like the nominee and John McCain is coasting under our corporate media's protection while they assist the battle going on between Hillary and Obama.

It has hurt the party but there is a much bigger picture that everyone needs to spread and tuck away in the back of their minds:

Oops:  Hillary forgot to report 5 million dollars....
