What everyone missed about McCain's answer w/ Update
Wed Jun 11, 2008 at 07:55:16 PM PDT
With good reason, Team Obama hit McCain hard on his unconscionable response to Matt Lauer that bringing troops home is 'not too important' on The Today Show.
However, there was more to McSame's response to that. Let's examine...

Hillary supporters,
If you're thinking about voting for McCain, let's not forget what he once said....
Why Hillary didn't get the nomination
Wed May 21, 2008 at 02:51:04 PM PDT
I was fortunate enough to get a college education. A college education has it's benefits. I'm able to understand and analyze things I may not have been able to do otherwise. To the Hillary Clinton campaign, this makes me an 'elitist' who's presidential preference should be minimized. I heartily disagree. Here's why...
Will Stephanopoulos 'Gotcha' McCain?
Fri Apr 18, 2008 at 10:44:18 AM PDT
John McCain will appear on This Week on Sunday. After he defended his 'gotcha' brand of questioning during the debate, I suppose we can expect George Stephanopoulos to ask some of these questions on Sunday....

As Hillary tried to show what a 'regular guy' she is with shots and beer, did anyone notice how she threw down that shot? Take a look at the video....

Bill Press's Intellectual Dishonesty
Thu Mar 20, 2008 at 05:57:14 AM PDT
As a left-coaster, I seldom have the opportunity to listen to Bill Press's radio program. Unfortunately, thanks to a restless sleep, I had an opportunity to this morning. While he claims to be neutral in the Democratic race, he's clearly pro-Hillary (not a crime, he should just be forthright). Listening to just one hour provoked me to send him this email:
Clintonistas and the Superdelegates
Sun Mar 09, 2008 at 04:32:43 AM PDT
While Tuesday was a good night for Hillary, her gain in pledged delegates was somewhere in single digits. The arithmetic doesn't lie. Even if Michigan and Florida re-vote, Obama will win the race for pledged delegates.
So, what to do if you're a Clintonista? Accept the fact that, though the race was very close, Obama won fair and square? LOL...of course not. The nomination is Hillary's God-given right. If it can't be won fair and square, other methods must be explored. So, the battle will be on to attempt to flip the nomination by bribing/blackmailing/coercing the superdelegates.
Why Who Wins the Nomination Matters

Past the spin, the talking points and the horse race, what everyone needs to recognize about what's at stake in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination....
The Bradley Effect?
Sun Jan 13, 2008 at 01:36:18 PM PDT
We hear often these days of the 'Bradley Effect', the theory that polled individuals tell pollsters they'll vote for a black candidate, then choose not to when actually in the booth. This theory is named after the former Los Angeles mayor, ahead in the polls when running for governor of California in 1982, only to ultimately lose to George Deukmejian. Might this theory be a bit overblown?
The Questions Not Asked
Tue Jan 08, 2008 at 04:09:44 PM PDT
Debate after debate after debate, and the moderators continue to ask the most banal questions. Do they even listen to the candidates answers? Some of them demand a follow-up. A knucklehead like me can see it. Why can't the professional journalists. How about these....
