Huckabee May Mount Legal Challenge to MCain's WA Caucus "Victory"

The Seattle Post-Intelligencer (hey--DON'T make fun of our local paper's name, okay?) is reporting that Huckabee may mount a legal challenge to McCain's declared victory in the Washington state Republican caucuses. Allegedly, state Republican chair Luke Esser declared victory for McCain at a point when McCain was ahead by 242 votes, with approximately 1,500 votes remaining uncounted. Per the P-I, Rollins said, "As I said, we are prepared to go to court, and we are also prepared to take our case all the way to the Republican National Convention in September."
This is great news. Anything that keeps Huckabee in the race, biting McCain from behind and pulling focus, will greatly reduce McCain's effectiveness as a candidate. (Should I even be saying this? I don't want Huck to realize he's screwing up his own party's chances--though I doubt he's basing his decisions on what Kossacks say.)
Any suggestings on how to keep the Huck-mentum going?
