On Saturday, April 5th, many Washington legislative districts will be holding their conventions to select delegates to attend the Congressional district and State conventions.  While we have not seen the turmoil that surrounds the Texas conventions happen here (yet), this is still about allocating delegates, if people don't show, their candidate could lose delegates at the national level.
