The right-wing are desperately trying to influence how history will be recorded in regard to the al-Qaeda attacks on us 9/11/01. The "The Path to 9/11" can arguably be considered one of their crowning achievements in that effort. In it we all know they try to emphasize fabricated scenes in which the Clinton Administration had blown several opportunities to kill Bin Laden. Therefore: Clinton's fault.

Why are they so desperate to blame Clinton? Why do they want to promote their lies that a good deal of the blame should be shouldered by Clinton? Simply because they hate him?

No, but because 9/11 happened during the Bush administration and is a failure of the Bush administration alone and they know it.

We are the people whose opinions don't matter. Deprived of a voice in our government by the dishonest majority ruling congress. Laughed at when we demand the truth from the corporations dominating OUR airwaves. Talked about on AM radio like we're a blight on the good name of their United States.

How did it come to be that we have become so powerless? How is it that a teeny, tiny minority can control most of the power in this country to the extent that even an ex-president is little more than a laughing stock to them?

Is it capitalism run amok? Does it even matter at this point?
