UPDATE: I can't believe I have to actually say this, but it appears I do, so here goes. I hate Ann Coulter. She's a snake. The only way I could possibly disagree with her politics more would be if I believed she sincerely held them. She is the absolute worst kind of Republican - the kind who is fully aware that she peddles hate, and doesn't do much to hide the fact that if she thought she could get more money, power, and attention by peddling something else, she would. I hate her. The fact that I have named this little effort after her is not a tribute, it's mockery. Think what Savage Love did to santorum.

I understand this is primary season, and politics ain't tiddly-winks. I also understand that Republicans are the party that coronates, and we are the party that elects - and elections are a lot messier. As a party, our enthusiasm is the highest it has been in my lifetime, and we find ourselves in the second week of February with two viable candidates we can passionately support. Some of that support is bound to come out in the form of bickering or attacks on the competition - that's an undesirable but inevitable side effect of being so passionate.
