Everyone knows that there are numerous election observers on the ground around the country and especially in Florida. I saw this story in Helsingin Sanomat, which is the leading newspaper in Finland. They've interviewed one of the Finnish members of the OSCE election observer team, and this is what he has to say about his experiences.
