Patrick McHenry: shining example of a crap-ass Republican
Fri Apr 20, 2007 at 11:22:32 PM PDT
We here in Kos nation know generally in our gut that almost any given Resmuglicrook can at any time show up and say something that just makes you feel that extra rise in your blood pressure at the gaul that they have to be so hypocritical/snide/smarmy/snarky... But from time to time, especially when watching C-SPAN for fun you notice there are a few that always seem to surface to the floor like a turdlet that wont flush.
One of my favorites that embodies the smarminess of the Resmuglicrook party in his rhetorical whining is mister Patrick McHenry of the 10th district of North Carolina(I'm sorry for any Kossacks that are so damned to be in his district). I didnt remember noticing him so much from the glorious 109th when he served his Freshman term in what will hopefully be his last in the Majority Resmuglicrook party but, immediately upon starting the 110th, I remember seeing him come to the floor to bitch about the first 100 hours being done using the block-out-the-minority rules of the 109th. He's a little too fresh to be part of the power structure scandals yet but if you'd like to see why he is a true polished turd, here are a few examples.
Imus silencing not about "nappy headed ho's" but attempts of 9-11 truth-telling

If you feel like troll bashing read on, otherwise apparently youll be sorely dissapointed.
According to the russian media source Pravda, The desire to get Imus off the air is not about racism or hate speech or even the desire to get anyone to the left of reactionary freak(see Limbaug, Coulter and Hannity) off the air just to uphold the right wing dominance of the air waves.
This excerpt from 4-13, along with the domestic MSM silence about it was enough to trigger any good conspiracy nut's alarm bells.
According to European reports of the events surrounding Don Imus that have gripped the United States this past week, it was during an interview with another American media personality, Tim Russert, who is the host of a television programme frequently used by US War Leaders, wherein while decrying the state of care being given to American War wounded stated, "So those bastards want to keep these boys [in reference to US Soldiers] secret? Let's see how they like it if I start talking about their [in reference to US War Leaders] secrets, starting with 9/11."
The rightwing fascination with dynastic wealth and aristocracy.

I know it's not a new concept that these Resmuglicrook fools are greedy money grubbing bastards who see the federal government as nothing more than a vehicle to tax the middle class to death so that they may line the pockets of themselves and their cronies with no-bid contracts, but when viewed with a proper veil of cynicism you can trace every move they make and every policy decision back to this viewpoint.
Just pick up any issue they use, including the seemingly meaningless wedge issues, define their stance on it, not by what they say exactly in sound bite land but by what it means to the economics of the issue, and you can lay a framework for why their stance falls back into the "money for the uber rich" frame.
