Obama's shame: Granny + Ferraro + 1 photo = 20 years

Fri Mar 21, 2008 at 09:10:47 AM PDT

Politics of Hope is Obama's campaign theme. Who is he lying to. He was caught red handed being part of a church that espouses racial hatred for 20 years. Now what does he do. Obama campaign equates his 20 years association with Granny + Ferraro + 1 photo.

Shame on You Barack Obama.

Sexism or Racism could help McCain

Thu Mar 06, 2008 at 10:18:35 AM PDT

Hillary has sexism problem & Obama has Racism problem. John Edwards had neither but democrats kicked him out of the race.

I am afraid Sexism or Racism factor could give the election to John McCain. His problems are Bush record and Republicans apathy. But working class white democrats could overlook McCain's problems and become swing voters depending who ever becomes the democratic nominee.

I think Obama has a bigger problem than Hillary against McCain.

PEW Poll exposes Obama's weakness as a nominee

I couldn't get my thoughts together and explain to myself the things that may not work for Obama in general. After I saw PEW research poll, I thought it spoke to my concerns about Obama as democratic nominee.

Obama played the race card and blamed Clintons

Wed Feb 27, 2008 at 08:29:05 AM PDT

This is one of the most under reported or NOT reported stories by Media. Obama campaign shamelessly played the race card and cunningly blamed it on Clintons.

If Clintons are really good at campaigns (which I always doubted) and had an alert and good campaign team (one of the worst), they could have come up with an effective strategy to counter a stealth Obama's race card tactics.

Here is how it all started and ended:

It all started in New Hampshire. Remember the comments about MLK/LBJ comments with FOX News interview. Hillary was making a point that you need a active and strong president to make the dream a reality. Before that Obama was setting the trap by comparing him to MLK with his hope message and they calculated that Clintons would respond in some fashion. Hillary did respond and fell right into the trap.

Hillary torched & Obama crowned by Media

Mon Feb 25, 2008 at 08:00:52 PM PDT

Media plays its games with democrats. They are torching Hillary & crowning Obama in primaries only to bury him in general.

I have a feeling I will be writing a diary in October/November with this headline:

Obama torched & McCain crowned by Media.

As you can see they waited until the last possible moment to start vetting of Obama. You are seeing more negative stories about Obama the last few days. This will only gain steam once the media knows for sure that Hillary is dead and Obama became the nominee.

Obama attacks on Bill Clinton years creates new swing voters

Thu Feb 21, 2008 at 08:52:53 AM PDT

It looks like Obama will be the democratic nominee. I am a Hillary supporter and I want to support him in general. But I think he crossed the line a number of times by criticizing Bill Clinton years. Trust me the press will start paying attention to the new swig voters like me. We may not vote republican but would prefer to sit out in general.

I am somebody that stands by my friends good and hard times. I don't go for the new kid on the block. I consider Clintons my friends and I will stand by them. Bill Clinton has been good to this country in 90' period. I may not have agreed with every thing he did. If nothing else he saved 8 precious years from Right wingers steamrolling our government, reputation and way of life.

My vote for Hillary is because of Bill Clinton. I am not ashamed to admit it. Knowing that he will be there assures me to vote for Hillary.

Obama's empty record by his own supporter. Wake up!

Wed Feb 20, 2008 at 06:59:48 AM PDT

This is just amazing. This is what bothers me about Obama. His own supporter can't name any of Obama's accomplishments. We are rushing to nominate an empty suit just based on speeches and oratory.

Republican show no inhibitions in their campaigns. They will pound on Obama's empty record by cutting AD's with the below clips. Those AD's will be devastating to Obama.

The attached youtube clip lays out my case against Obama and why I think he is weak against Republican Karl Rove style campaign tactics.

Hillary badly served by her campaign team

We could have seen a woman president in 2008 if not for a worst campaign team. The blame goes to Hillary as well.

Hillary: Use Gov.Strickland comments for women vote

Fri Feb 15, 2008 at 07:10:55 AM PDT

If I am part of Hillary Clinton campaign and running a smart campaign (which I doubt it!), I would urge my supporters to beat the drum on Gov. STRICKLAND comments yesterday. He summarized it effectively.

These comments will play well with FEMALE voters if used by Clinton supporters not the candidate herself.

Are democrats committing suicide with Obama?

Thu Feb 14, 2008 at 10:56:24 AM PDT

I want a winner in 2008. In my opinion, democrats are getting caught up in the hype created by media about Obama and in effect committing suicide with him as the nominee in general. I still think Hillary Clinton inspite of the baggage would be the best nominee against John McCain.

This is my honest assessment and these are my concerns.

Let me start with some high-level general concerns about Obama.

  1. Obama is not winning with traditional democrats -Obama arrogantly says 'He will get Hillary's votes but she can't get his voters'. I think the opposite is true. But for some exceptions, he is not winning with traditional democrats like lower and middle class white voters. I am afraid they will be attracted to John McCain in general. The reasons could be because of almost certain Karl Rove style race baiting campaign and Obama will be made to look like light weight and inexperienced.

Hillary: Confront Obama with big time risks or it's all over

Wed Feb 13, 2008 at 08:46:23 AM PDT

Hillary need to get 65% of the vote in the remaining contests to get ahead in pledged delegates. I don't see how she can do it unless she takes some huge risks.

Just observing Hillary's body language for the last 2 days, it looks like she is ready to throw in the towel. If my reading is wrong, these are the risks she needs to take to have any chance of winning:

1. She needs to talk like John Edwards Period.- Fire current speech writers and get John Edwards speech writers. You have one of the worst stump speeches I ever saw.

FBI Mole in Rezko operations

Tue Feb 12, 2008 at 07:20:57 AM PDT

I am afraid that we don't know a whole lot about Obama. I don't think he has been vetted the same way as Clintons. Why is this important. Republicans can make some thing out of nothing. With Bush still in power, he can unleash his justice department to dig up Obama's dirt to help John McCain. I don't want Obama to be Al Gored + John Kerried at the same time.

I want a winner in 2008. I will support any democratic nominee for the general.

I am afraid that we make Obama the democratic nominee and then media starts the vetting process. I don't think Obama came clean on his Rezko ties. The media is busy singing his praises right now as they hate Clintons. Once the nomination is over, the same media will bring him down as they love John McCain.

Obama Vs McCain - Hope not enough & here is why

Mon Feb 11, 2008 at 09:25:05 AM PDT

I am a strong Hillary Clinton supporter but I am gaining confidence on Obama's political skills and the great campaign he is running so far.

I want a winner in 2008. I still think Hillary Clinton inspite of the baggage would be the best nominee against John McCain. But it looks like Obama might win the nomination. I will vote for any democratic nominee period.

Now looking at Obama's chances against John McCain. This is my honest assessment and these are my concerns.

  1. Republicans will most definitely play War Hero Vs Obama - I am sure even Obama's campaign would cede on this issue. In 2000, McCain didn't play his Vietnam days but this time he is going for the over-kill on this issue. It will get even more notice in general Vs Obama.
  1. National Security Vs Obama - Just imagine Obama debating McCain on the stage about national security. I am afraid Obama will be short on gravitas and presence against McCain. This is where the old Vs young look could play. I can imagine McCain telling Obama that while I am fighting in Vietnam; you are enjoying life as a teenager. Some thing to that effect.

Bill Clinton making news the right way helps Hillary

Fri Feb 08, 2008 at 12:57:02 PM PDT

I am of the opinion that Bill Clinton making news the right way helps Hillary. Hillary's campaign (I hate her campaign team as they are inept and lazy) made a huge mistake by silencing Bill Clinton for super tuesday states.

This is what botheres me the most about the Clinton campaign. When they get criticized, they get hunkered down and act as if the they are the guilty party.

If Bill Clinton can find the right message to highlight Obama's inexperience and not being ready for the job, traditional democrats will listen and take note as they still have nostalgia for the era of the Clinton White House in 90's. The key is finding the right message to make news about Obama's inexperience and not being ready for the job

Hillary's $6 Million in 24 hrs. Contribute NOW!

Thu Feb 07, 2008 at 12:57:20 PM PDT

This is great. I was dissapointed yesterday and I was beginning to lose hope for Clinton.

If she is a fighter and a good campaigner (which I am not sure), Hillary will find a way to get back.

All you Clinton supporters and leaners; DON'T LET HER DOWN NOW. OBAMA IS WALLOWING IN MONEY. CLINTONS FOUGHT OUR BATTLES IN 90'S AND WE NEED TO SUPPORT THEM NOW.

I made my 3rd contribution to Hillary today. She got $6 Million in 24 hrs. Let's bring it to $12 million in next 24 hours.

From a Clinton supporter: Hope is fading & here is why.

Wed Feb 06, 2008 at 07:16:05 PM PDT

I still believe Clinton is the best candidate for general but I am gaining the confidence that Obama would be a good candidate as well.

However, I still have 2 elements of doubt on Obama:

  1. Media will start an intense vetting process of Obama after he becomes the nominee. They hate Clinton now. They are waiting for the primary to be over. I am afraid they will concentrate on how Obama is just another politician and they will come hard and expose his inexperience Vs John Mcain.
  1. This is what I am afraid of the most. Republicans will play Karl Rove style, dirty, stealth and vicious race card. This is the way they will do it. They will make sure that media only talkes about race and not the issues or Obama's strengths. Their strategy would be to scare white & hispanic voters. If you think Bill Clinton was doing race baiting; just wait to see what Republicans will do in general.

Michelle Obama is arrogant

Tue Feb 05, 2008 at 07:15:51 AM PDT

Michelle Obama can be quite unpredictable. I heard her quotes and it is bewindering. She comes across as arrogant and bitchy.

Hillary Clinton is on the record supporting any democratic nominee. What does Michelle Obama think with Hillary as the nominee:

"I'd Have To Think About" Supporting Hillary As Nominee
