Fear is the greatest weapon in the political arsenal. Fear is only used when a politician is greedy or desperate. In 2004 the George Bush used 9/11 as a weapon of fear to manipulate the American people. In 2008 the Republicans will use immigration as a weapon to avoid the real issues.
