In a blogosphere where an Obama election night speech requires 5 threads, a Clinton embellishment gets coverage all over the place courtesy of DailyKos member created videos, and the media can't shut up about a pastor who isn't even running for office, I am disheartened that Obama's fantastic speech on the economy has gotten so little attention.    

I can think of thousands of things that are worse for society than making improvements to hospitals. In fact I think improving hospitals ranks somewhere between rebuilding the Gulf Coast and lowering the cost of a college education.
